Mistica Beauty is the culmination of a vision for Lucia, a 13 year old who was concerned about the ingredients in the sunblock that her dad, an avid surfer, would lather on before paddling out. She wanted to create an all-natural sun-blocks without the harmful chemicals, that also provided additional benefits as a moisturizer.

After doing some research, she set forth in her mom’s kitchen to produce a concoction that not only protected from the harmful effects of UV rays, but also moisturized the face and body. After multiple tweaks to the original formula, and after consulting with multiple skin experts, a dermatologist, and a cosmetic surgeon, she finally arrived at the optimal (and now highly secret!) formula!
